Signature MGM Grand - Las Vegas Hotel Review

The Signature at MGM Grand, a non-smoking, non-gaming, lavish retreat is so exclusive, the property boasts a guard-gated driveway and twenty-four hour security. The hotel does not even allow guests to park their own cars. Valet parking must be used also for the luxury rented cars. Consisting of three towers, each with thirty-eight floors, most of the units are actually privately owned condos, whose owners may join the hotel's rental program whereby guests of the hotel rent the suites when the owners are away. Both owners and guests enjoy the amenities of The Signature and also the facilities of the main hotel, MGM Grand.

Because the suites are condos in which people might live, they have furnished kitchens, Jacuzzis, oversized bathrooms, balconies, and come in Junior, One-Bedroom, and Two-Bedroom. So spacious, in fact, the one-bedroom comes with two bathrooms and the two-bedroom comes with three. And so that no-one ever has to leave the property, the hotel offers in-suite dining, a private, heated pool for each tower, in-suite spa treatments, a fitness center, a business center in which to work, and twenty-four hour concierge service.

Although nine of Las Vegas' luxury hotels are either Mobil Travel Guide Four-Star and Five-Star hotels for 2009, The Signature was proud to be honored as a recipient of a Four-Star Award. Their attention to detail and impeccable service make this a highly sought after destination for romantics, individuals needing to unwind, families who are not interested in gambling, and those that do not like crowds.

Meetings and special events, including weddings, birthdays and anniversaries, are popular at The Signature as there is plenty of space, two boardrooms, four meeting rooms, wireless and wired internet service, as well as access to outdoor patios. In addition to the specialty packages, the hotel offers a small discount to locals wishing to get away.

Unfortunately, there is one caution that we might mention when booking suites at this magnificent property. According to several online travel sites where customers book airfare and hotel accommodations, because the condos are privately owned, they are also managed by different companies, thus, creating a different level of standards. Most customers, however, who had stayed at The Signature gave favorably reviews, nonetheless, feeling that the service was indeed superior to other hotels.

Surprisingly, even though very luxurious throughout, the rates for suites seemed more than reasonable. And in fact, most respondents to various online surveys felt that The Signature was exceptional value and instances where there were "issues", staff responded quickly and positively.
